nice knife, ceramic edge is very sharp and great for chopping veggies. as sharp as our good steel honed up. for an inexpensive knife its held up well in the last few months of constant use. just need to be careful these blades will chip if you attempt cutting bone or drop them on the knife point.Save 28% Off
