Pampered Chef Quikkut Paring Knives

I have owned these little knives for years. They are perfect for a small hand. They are very sharp. I even have one in my tool drawer for cutting string and opening boxes. I am very happy to see them on Amazon!!

Very happy with these knives. I had a few that I've had for years, and was looking to add a few more to my collection. I use these little paring knives more than any other knife, as they are small and convenient to use. They are sharp enough, but not so sharp that you feel like you will cut yourself everytime you use them. We use them most for cutting fruit (eg, strawberries, bananans, grapes), but find they come in handy for many tasks and the price is right!

I was expecting the regular Pampered chef paring knifeI should have looked more closely. These are very small knivesgood for very delicate jobs, I guess.
