Nogent Hornbeam Wood Handled Stainless Steel Paring Knife

I immmediately used the knife when I received it and have been totally satisfied with it. Lightweight yet sturdy, holds its edge and easy to manipulate (I'm in my 60s and this knife works very well in my arthritic hands). I've been aware of Nogent knifes since the '50s when I visited their factory as a kid and my family has had Nogent knives ever since.

This was a good paring knife for kitchen work. It was strong and sharp and worked well and I would purchase another one.

Very lightweight and not sharp. I tried to sharpen the knife but wasn't very successful.
