Mundial 5100 Series Black 4-inch Chef's Knife with Hollow Edge

This is the second 4" Mundial Chef's Knife in my everyday collection. It is better than the 1st knife. Heavy and well weighted, its best for slicing and dicing veggies and cheese. The hollow edge gives a better release from cheddar type cheese. I re.commend it
