This cheese board is just perfect for what it is meant for. Having the removable insert is a very nice feature. I am not quite

sure what the other reviewer was complaining about with regards to the packaging, it was

just fine. I would be happy to receive this as a gift, as well as give it as a gift.

This is my first and only Amazon review, so that shows you how strongly I feel about this. I bought this as a Christmas present for a cheese loving relative, and I was dismayed once it arrived to find that the box looks like it came straight from the 1970s.

It seriously looks like I bought the tray from a garage sale. Needless to say it is not fit for a gift and is being sent back.

If you're buying it for yourself it might be ok.
