Under $20? Really? This is one beautiful and functional board. Its side planked so the hardest part of the bamboo is facing outward. I only hope the white stripes are made of the same bamboo so that it will hold together and wear evenly. I have a lot of Japanese knives and I have to sharpen them all the time; I'm hoping that I'll have to sharpen them a little less often. All in all, a terrific buy.
Loving it. The purchase was easy. The deliver was prompt. The board is thick and sturdy. Hoping it doesn't break where the brown line is.
