Not to many people know what a beer skimmer is used for, how it works is after you pour your draft beer you let the head foam over slitly, then swipe the flat of the skimmer to cut off the extra foam and this in turn seals in the flavor and carbonation of the beer, making a good beer taste even better. this skimmer I ordered works perfect for that, very high quality.
