Kuhn Rikon 4" Paring Knife - Fuschia Pink

I carry one of these in my pocket while at work, and find it to be extremely useful, and holds a edge well.

I recently purchased a Kuhn Rikon 4" Paring Knife in the fuschia pink color for a girlfriend. However, my hubby (who is quite knowledgeable and a connaisseur of knives) asked if he could "test" it out. As he cut through various foods I heard ooooohs and aaaahs come from him. He said that for the price it definetly has a great edge and cuts nicely! I noticed it in our flatware drawer and don't think my girlfriend will be getting it anytime soon. Shipped fast too!
