This was my knife kit steel from Johnson and Wales. It's easy to use and very effective. For home cooks it will work fine for a good few years. Between school, home, and work with some improper treatment it's still usable after 4 years. I say usable but the grit is almost all gone, in a restaurant it will probably need to be replaced in 2 years. Still though good product.Save 30% Off
