I own the santoku, nakiri, deba. and sheep's foot knives (although the sheep's foot is not damascus steel). I heartily endorse these knives and I eagerly await their next release.I love food network products. I trust the name, as it is always great quality. This knife is like a mini-chef knife, and it is extremely sharp (probably the sharpest knife I have ever owned). Everytime I use this knife, I am impressed by the quality. The sharpness is almost scary.
