Good quality product and works well. Blade is not curved quite enough but is easily bent to requirement. I like it.

This knife falls in the category of "They don't make them like they used to," and "You get what you pay for." My old knife works great, nice and sharp. This one looks similar, but it saws, rather than slice. I bought it for our second home, so not using it daily. It works, and I'm making do, but if I had to use this one all the time, I'd try a different brand.
