Didn't really buy it to use as a cutting board. Makes a very pretty hanging display. The knife is a little gaudy so I put it in the draw.

I don't mean it can't be used as a cutting board, but its just to pretty.

We retired to the beach, and our old cheese boards were worn or didn't go with the decor. Lots of entertaining here, one of the reasons you do this is to get visitors. We kept an eye open around here, but didn't see anything beachy, so off to Amazon. This is very nice and DISHWASHER SAFE.
