Super sharp, watch your fingers. It chops parsley, carrots, tomatoes, celery, anything you can think of. No kitchen should be without. I purchased the utility knife and the paring knife.
I was given a similar knife many years ago, and have loved it . I was so glad to find a few more like it and even bought one for my daughter who feels the same about it. Very sharp, so I've had to re-evaluate how I use them. My old one is dull compared to therse. Love it.
