Totally Bamboo Non-Browning Bamboo Lettuce Knife

I was very disappionted with this knife. It does not cut the lettuce. It tears it, leaving the lettuce bruised and very unattractive.

This is a quality made knife and it looks good too!!

I have mine in a glass pitcher with my Core Bamboo painted products and it really pops!
