We use these cutting boards in my cooking classes. They are easy to clean and do not dull our knives.

These cutting boards are nice and big, a half inch thick and durable as all get out! I bought this one to replace an old one that is getting funky. The old one lasted several years at least, and I use it a lot. I drilled a hole in one corner so I could hang it over my sink on a screw so I can wash it and just hang it up to drip dry. If you take a wash cloth and dampen it, then place it on the counter under the cutting board; you'll have a nice non-slip surface and you won't have to chase the cutting board all over as you use it. I hate tiny, cheap cutting boards! This is a keeper! This makes an excellent gift.
