It is an OK medium weight dough cutter. Decent price for what you get.

I use this all the time and only bought it because I needed to have 2 in case my other one is in the dishwasher. This one is already starting to rust a little whereas my all stainless steel one is 5 years older and still in great shape. Spend a little more money and get one that will last a lifetime.

I bought this dough scraper mainly for transporting chopped up vegetables from the bread board to the pot. Being that the bread board is too heavy and clumsy. It looks good and is very sturdy. It's probably going to last a long time. I love it!

I really like the wood handle on this cutter. It is more comfortable than the curved metal of the other. However, I can't find it...pooh. It will turn up again. The order arrived early, which I appreciated very much. Thanks to Amazon for such great service.
