The grip is pleasant. The blade shape and length are useful. However, the blade itself made from stamped steel is too lightweight for heavy duty applications requiring the use of strength. I could not use it to cut up a whole chicken as a result. Because of this, it is not the go-to, everyday knife that I had intended it to be.Save 17% Off
