This is the perfect size for 1 or 2 people. It makes great gluten free bread much better than store bought. I used Pamela's GF bread mix for bread machines and just cut the recipe on the package in half. It was delicious. I've tried both the quick cyle using rapid rise yeast and the regular cyle using Active Dry Yeast, and both came out just great.Save 20% Off
