Messermeister Pro-Touch 10-Inch Flat Pastry Spatula

A long time ago and In a galaxy far far away. I used to be a baker in the military and used a similar spatula that worked great. I have tried some though out the years but never found the right one. Until I found this one, I know what you are saying "it's only a spatula"..... This is a very good product, sturdy with a little flex.

Purchased to replace the one I got for a wedding gift in the 60's. The blade is a nice length, just flexible enough and a very nice rubber handle.
