It is genuinely 18/10 stainless steel/inox.It has got mirror polished appearance. Solid, thick stainless steel spoon.
I do not know why Amazon stopped offering these directly, but they are far far superior in quality than Oneida,Farberware etc.
Besides I have not seen real 18/10 stainless steel silverware anywhere, in stores or online so far.
I paid Nine and a half dollars for 6 of these spoons.
