How nice to find exactly what I was looking for on Amazon. This was delivered fast. I depend using it especially for potatoes and sweet potatoes. The comfort grip handle was comfortable. The curved blade made cutting easier by rocking it back and forth. I don't know why I waited so long to purchase on.
