What can I say, they're outstanding knives. They arrived razor sharp and maintain their sharpness extremely well. Each time I sharpen them they come out sharper than they've ever been. I travel all around the country to various cooking retreats and these are the only knives I need to carry with me. Best quality knives I've ever had the pleasure to own and use, and well worth the money if you're looking for a professional knife set.
I've had the four star set of knives for around four years now and they are as good and sharp as the day I purchased the set. The knives are well balanced and I've not had any issues with them. It's recommended by Henckels that these not be placed in the dishwasher, I've followed that instruction and the handles have stayed looking like new, no stains on the blades etc. If you are looking for a good set of knives I would highly recommend purchasing the four star set.
