Fixwell 12-Piece Stainless Steel Knife Set

These are the knives that Subway uses. They can slice through bread with no problem. When they got dull for bread, we would move them down the line to slice through tomatoes and other veggies with no problem. Still have one 12 years later (never sharpened once) and it is still the best knife in the drawer. They really have a 70's color inspiration to them if you can get past that. This knife ruined me on other knives, and now that I have found them again, I will not buy another knife.

I worked for Subway restaurant for a few years and they use these knives. They have to throw them out when they are too dull for bread so I would take them home since they are still great knives. When I found these, I was so excited. They are very sharp. They are my go-to knife for anything in the kitchen. They are very versatile. Be careful with them. When I say very sharp, I mean it. I have cut myself so many times I can't count, but I am pretty careless.

I didnt buy them here. I bought them in India. I remember my mom using these when I was a small child 25 yrs back as well. For veggies, each knife lasts about 3 yrs easily.
