4-Piece Zwilling Pro Steak Knife Set

We did a little at-home testing between these knives, some "typical" steak knives that you might buy at a big-box store, and a set of Calaphon Katana knives. Their is no comparison--the Zwilling Pros are significantly better. They cut smoothly and have great balance; very solid in the hand.

They are also much more expensive than the other options. I had hoped for more from the Katanas with their blended design and cool look, but they were not a close second, coming in nearer to the big-box option than the Zwillings.

The Zwillings have elegant clean lines, are easy to clean, and appear to be perfectly crafted to perform their intended function. Truly impressive implements.
