I was surprised that J.A Henckles would make such inferior product. This is the worst peeler I have ever bought. The handle is big and bulky and the blade gums up after a couple of cuts. This is a new design for them, the old peeler was sleek and very sharp. Disappointed.

I order a bunch of Henckels "twin signatures" (Made in Germany). I saw this peeler and order it as well. This peeler is made in China. Although it's a Henckels, the craftsmanship/quality is not up to par. Henckel's have many lines of products made from many third countries. This peeler should have been listed as "Henckels International" so that it can be readily recognized by buyers as "lower-ended" products made by other country other than Germany.

I like this peeler, it is a little larger than the Pro S with the black plastic handle that Henkels stop making a while ago, this is a good replacement for it.
