Classic Nonstick Santoku Knife

I have one other Good Cook knife for a couple of years and was looking for more. These are great knives. Having the shield is an added benefit.

I also purchase this knife at a local food store. I used this more than my more expensive knives. I hope to have this a long time. Best money I ever spent. Just love it.

I actually picked this up from a local store looking specifically for a santoku blade. This knife totally fits the bill. It cuts everything with absolute ease, even aged, hard cheese it slices like melted butter. It's very sharp, and doesn't seem to dull. I've had this one for a few months now, and use it practically everyday. Cutting vegetables is effortless and works well for meats too! Slicing chicken breasts into strips takes seconds, requiring only one or two strides with the blade. Definitely recommend this to others, and I wouldn't mind having a few more of these in the kitchen myself for when it's dirty.
