I LOVE THIS SET I WASN'T SURE ABOUT THE POOR REVIEW... ON THE SET BUT IAM PLEASED AND THE CASE MAKE'S IT LOOK LIKE A MILLION BUCKS THANK'S AGAIN AMAZON GREAT PRICE AND GREAT QUAILTY....THIS IS MY SECOND BUY ON SOMETHING WITH BAD REVIEW...HAPPY WITH MY SET...
Well I was so excited to order new flatware and when they arrived I could hardly wait to open the box and that is where the disappointment started ...the box and the case the flatware arrived in had a horrible odor I sat them in my garage hoping they would air out but that didn't happen so I had to return them.. They were picked up at my door and the refund will be given once they have recieved them.

I bought this product in august 2012 took out of package and started using them hand washed them and they are rusting and have water spots all over I am very unhappy wanted this to be my last set ???????????? know I have to get another set from some where else. OH and by the way yes I sent them two messages with no response
