My daughter loves this set of silverware! She loves the fairy tale creatures on the individual pieces and *I* like the durability of this set. We've had this set for several months now and, even after being used every day, the pieces still look brand-spanking new. They are still nice and shiny and they hold up very well in the dishwasher. This set comes in a nice box, so it is good for gift giving. I have kept the box and will give this silverware to my daughter's children one day. I don't think I could have picked a better set of flatware for her!
The only problem is that I ordered this as a gift and the box was damaged--bruised with the seals open already.

All four pieces have a girl on them, not something to give a boy. Was disappointed that the same design is on both spoons, and I cannot tell what the design on the fork is without looking very closely. The "soup" spoon is just a regular teaspoon. The spoons are not the size they appear in the photo. I received one smaller spoon and one larger spoon. The larger is close to teaspoon size with a shorter handle. The smaller spoon is closer to a child size spoon. Image is the same on both spoons. It is fine for us, but not what I was expecting.Want Zwilling J.A.
