Wusthof Silverpoint II - 4 Pc Utility Set

This set is labeled "utility" but it doesn't mean poor quality. The knives and kitchen shears have stainless steel blades and are lighter in weight than the more costly Wusthof professional chef series. Personally, I prefer the lighter weight since it makes them easier to control and less tiring to use. They are in sizes that can handle many routine kitchen chores.

The set includes:

Kitchen shears that are 8 inches long and have 3 3/4 inch blades. The shears easily come apart for thorough cleaning after use.

Sandwich knife that is 8 7/8 inches long overall with a 5 5/8 inch blade. Slicing and chopping are almost effortless.

Serrated knife that is 8 inches long overall with a 4 inch blade. This knife is handy for slicing tomatoes and soft fruits such as peaches or nectarines.

Paring knife that is 7 1/4 inches overall with a 3 1/4 inch blade, perfect for peeling or small chopping jobs.

Seriously 4 Wustof items for under 30 bucks is crazy.. I have this set and it helps so much with prep work I'd be lost without them now.. Super sharp and very handy, just be sure to always hand wash and dry them everytime as with any cutlery.. Great set!!!
