This is a great knife for a BBQ enthusiast. It just perfect for cleaning Pork Shoulder or Brisket with surgical precision. It come out of the box as super sharp, i can attest it sharpness while trimming a Pork Shoulder I nick my finger with surgical blade like cut. I have Shun, Wusthof and Henckels, but for butchering this is my go to knife. You also can not beat the cost on this compared to the other brands.If you pick this knife up I would recommend getting a steak knife set as well from Victoriox, your steaks will cut like soft butter and you have precision control on your cuts.
