Ulu Knife with Small Chopping Bowl

I am a stroke survivor and as a result, I mostly have to rely on my left hand alone for tasks. Thus food prep is very difficult as I am pretty inept with a regular knife. The Ulu Knife can be used to cut many food items and I am so grateful for it!

I had a Ulu knife that I purchased through a cooking catalog over 15 years ago that I use very often I especially like using it to cut up veggies. When cooking with friends several people have commented that they like the Ulu knife so I purchased a couple of these to give as gifts to those friends. The only reason I gave this item four stars rather than five is that it has a smaller blade than my original knife from years ago.
