Mac Knife Professional Utility Knife, 6-Inch

These are the sharpest knives I've ever owned, light-weight and comfortable grip. My other knives are J.A. Henkels. No comparison to the Mac knives.

Amazon is the most reliable source to buy from. Bought Epson printer and scanner through Amazon. Epson has best customer service I've come across. They actually called me on the phone and helped set up the scanner. When I had other questions, they get back to me usually within hours.

I use this knife primarily for preparing salads. It cuts through tomatoes perfectly. It cuts harder veggies just as cleanly. It cuts a grapefruit or orange for breakfast cleanly with no effort. It makes the otherwise laborious work of dicing for salads a pleasure. Afterwards cleans up by running under water and wiping. Holds an edge for an amazingly long time and sharpens back up to its factory edge with the recommended sharpener.
