Lamson Sharp knives are excellent, high quality knives MADE IN THE USA. I have several and am now accumulating additonal Lamson Sharp knives for a second home. I thought I'd save money and just get a set of basic knives from the big box store but this was a big mistake as they don't cut properly, either meat, vegetables, or bread. I immediately bought my second bread knife since I make my own bread and really like a nice clean slice. This knife is also excellent at slicing bagels and biscuits without them tearing or crumbling. I find the weight and balance of the Lamson Sharp knives better than the Westhoff knives I started with before I knew of Lamson Sharp. Hightly recommended.Save $0.05 Off
