Kiwi #504 3" Mini Cleaver

After purchasing the kiwi chef knives, I pucrchase this one for the tougher jobs like quartering chicken. It's a great compliment to the chef knives which I use daily. Next I will order a paring / utility knife and I will have everything I need for a fraction of the price of buying knives. Simplem easy and inexpesive--my kind of product.

I wanted this mini cleaver for cheeses but I have found it useful for most of my small fruits like kiwi and strawberriesit's perfect!

This mini cleaver is sweet! Quite a sight for serving cheeses and appetizers! I ordered this because my sister had one that got all chewed up by her dog, I though about replacing it for her but it's too neat haha! I'll probably get her one though.

I bought this for Halloween. It was pretty much what I expected, except I thought it would be more of a cheese knife and not so sharp. Still happy with the purchase.
