The knives all worked well as demonstrated but while using the paring knife, I accidentally dropped it on the floor and the handle broke off completely at the blade. Moral of the story, they might cut through steel but the handles will break off when dropped from 3 feet. As far as I can tell, there is no warranty for replacement and no way to contact the manufacturer. Disappointed.
