I expected a 7-inch wheel, not a 7-inch handle. Previously I bought a "5-inch cutter" somewhere and got what I thought I was going to receive, a 5-inch wheel. For this product, the wheel attachment looks flimsy. Also I now see I could have bought an identical looking cutter at Wal Mart for less than half the price.
