The only complaint I have is that it is lightweight and slips around on the countertop....have to hold it til I get a can under it to start the opener. Then I can let it loose and it opens the can and lifts the lid so smoothly. But I do feel it was worth the little bit extra in cost.

I bought this can opener about 6 months ago to replace a cheaper brand (chefmate which was useless). The Oster is fantastic and works on any size can even the square Hereford Corned Beef can! I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
