Buy Farberware Resin 3-1/2-Inch Parer with Sheath, Green Now
I have purchased 3 Farberware Resin knives in the past few months. The first 2, a 5" and a 7" Santoku models, were super sharp. I purchased the 3.5" paring knife a week ago. It arrived and I tried it. It is not sharp. I can even run my finger lightly down the blade without any danger of slicing anything. I cannot do this with the Santoku knives mentioned above. I don't know if the lack of sharpness is standard with paring knives. I emailed Farberware's customer service department yesterday (January 4th, 2013) to ask them. I'd like to know whether paring knives are less sharp, or whether there's something lacking in the one Amazon.com sent me. I see another review mentioning that their knife isn't super sharp either. Whatever the case, the knife is Farberware quality, and that is good. The sheath is a helpful feature, as well, of this knife. I am waiting to hear from Farberware, however, as I imagined the knife being sharper, like the other, Santoku, knives I've ordered and received.Read Best Reviews of Farberware Resin 3-1/2-Inch Parer with Sheath, Green Here
Great little knife. Thought it was all resin but the blade is resin over stainless steel which is even better. Nice and sharp, comfortable grip, great price.Want Farberware Resin 3-1/2-Inch Parer with Sheath, Green Discount?
I bought one at a local store and loved it. So, I ordered three more at a lower price on-line.
