If dicing for Chicken salad/okay, providing meat is thoroughly cooked. Okay on Green peppers & onions if assorted sized pcs are okay Have yet to try on cooked potatoes, and any thing else. NOT a 'uniformly' chopped result. But okay for soups and slow cooker adds.

Very easy to clean AND blades are very sharp.
