Herb & Vegetable Knife
This knife cuts better when it's cutting someting like herbs. It cuts better with something small and thin.Although we (my husband & I) have only used this knife only a few times, we decided to continue to use it and see if it's a knife worth keeping.iThis is really great for things like celery, green onions and other items that can be tricky to cut completely through. I have not used it for herbs yet but think that it would be even better for that. If nothing else, it breaks up the monotony of chopping a bit.
