The title says it all. Bought this knife a few months ago and just got to use it. Filleted a salmon caught just this weekend, and WOW. Dangerously sharp, flexible (but not too flexible), excellent handle size and grip. Was worried about the point not being "pointy" enough to start filleting or getting under the skin. No worries now. Although the blade curves to a point, it is definitely sharp enough at the point to do the task.Will probably buy two more one for a gift and one for the camper!
