Zwilling J.A. Henckels Pro Hollow Edge Santoku Knife

I got this knife as a Christmas present in 2011 and I love it! It immediately became my go-to knife and I now use it for everything including trimming meat, cutting vegetables, chopping herbs and mincing ginger. It has held up beautifully over the past 14 months. I hand wash and dry it and I bought a knife sharpener to keep the edge sharp. I would definitely recommend this knife!

This knife was the first of many I plan to buy I opened it the day I got it to find a 1/2" of the knifes edge was chipped ! Very Disappointed! I sent it back and am ordering from Williams-Sonoma for the same price.
