there great. i like having a flexable cutting suface . cause after chopping up a item one can just bend the board and pore the stuff into what ever with out spillage.

These are a nice large size, easy to chop and slice on. Firm enough to not be flimsy yet easily bendable to curve up and dump your chopped foods into bowl or pot.
