I purchased this after my son decided to hide my old standard spatula that I used all the time. This is a bit larger then I need for making breakfast but works great for my BBQ grill. I've seen these used aboard the different ships I've worked on over the years and noticed that they can take years of commerical grade daily use and still hold up (I've seen some ship original issue spatulas that are going on 15 years of daily use at this point!) Great to support an American made product and company. I would recommend a 3" x 6" for kitchen use.
