These tarte molds with removeable bottoms are heavy duty, easy to clean, and worth the cost. One warning though; the photograph shows four pans but does not indicated that the price is for ONE. I ordered two, expecting eight, but after only two arrived, I ordered the rest. Amazon, please show only one OR indicate that the price quoted is for just one.

ANd they make good quiche. Smaller than I expected, but make sure your crusts wrap over the lip and they will come out perfect every time.
