Silver 3 Candlestick

I bought this Challah Board from The Judaica Store. Upon receiving the item, the salt receptacle was unattached from the board, while it was supposed to be glued to the board. This is not very good craftsmanship. The knife, too, broke after a mere few weeks of normal use. The blade partially unattached from the handle. I contacted The Judaica Store and they told me to return the item for a replacement. That incurs added expense on my part, because it would mean I would have to pay for shipping the item to the retailer, AND the shipping of the item back to me. I'm not a satisfied customer. Two stars for the quality of the board, as well as the quality of the retailer.
