My chef boyfriend was sick of using my crappy knives so he picked these up for my place. They are not professional knives but he was pleasantly surprised at how well they performed, and I was blown away. The quality is VERY good for the price. Very sharp, well made, and even pretty. I just added a ton of different Kuhn Rikon knives to my wishlist, I'll be updating my whole supply!
