Bought this to replace a worn-out low-end Henckels knife. Does not work as well as the old knife that I threw away. Rips bread rather than cuts it. Awful. Will recycle and get a 5* mid-range Henckels.
A well-made, likely durable knife, with well-formed blade. At 7 inches, not well suited for some larger breads or for other uses where a serrated blade can be handy. In this product niche, some blades are 8 or more inches, so make sure your needs match this length.
