One of the best Knives ever. Very Cheap, cost wise but a great knife. Easy to sharpen using a steel and it holds it edge. I bought my first knife in Hawaii at a small local market. After years of use I wanted to find another. My wife actually found it on Amazon. The exact same knife. I have purchased 5 so far. Three of which I have given away to friends. Every single person loves the knife.
