I bought this knife for my daughter and at first was disappointed because the blade is wider than I wanted. I love a thin, sharp knife! But, I find myself choosing it to cut lemons, apples, etc, so it obviously is not a problem. The only thing I might change is the white blade color because it is getting stained.
